January 29, 2010 05:51 AM China Airlines, one of GMF's customers, has provided training to GMF’s technicians of CF6-80E1 engine-A4 A330. The training was given to 14 GMF Certifying staffs in Cengkareng Station, Surabaya and Denpasar station. This training took place in Denpasar on 26-29 January 2010. According to Mr. I Wayan Sudiana as Denpasar Line Maintenance Manager, training provided in connection with a plan that will deal with GMF and China Airlines to handle up to up to release. "So the Certifying staffs should follow this training," said Mr. I W ayan Sudiana. This training should be followed by technicians who will handle the aircraft which used by China Airlines because the engines unlikely used by Garuda’s plane which made by Rolls-Royce Manufacture. Likewise GMF technician has used to handle the aircraft B737-NG's China Airlines up to release. "Next we carry a full handling B747-400 owned by China Airlines, "he said. Mr. Cecep Rusli Kurniawan, participants from the Cengkareng Line Maintenance said the training provided by Mr. Fu Ming Wang from Trainin g Department of Engineering & Maintenance Division China Airlines, was quite interesting. "The training broaden our horizon," he said. The material provided in this training include differences in system a general engine aircraft used between Garuda and China Airlines, regulations and procedures issued China Aviation Authority (CAA). "One of the differences in these engines is the driving force and the location components, "he said. Engine China Airlines has used a system with full-authority digital engine control. |
