Oki Yanuar was born in Ternate on January 27, 1967. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 1998. He currently serves as President Commissioner of PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk, appointed in 2025. Prior to this role, Oki held several key positions within the Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU), including Commander of Materiel Maintenance (2023–2025), Deputy Assistant for Logistics (2022–2023), Head of Logistics Service (2021–2022), Head of Research and Development (2021), and Head of the Science and Technology & Defense Institute (2020–2021).

Bobi Gumelar Raspati currently serves as Director of Base Management at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk, appointed in 2025. He was born in Bandung on November 19, 1988, and graduated with a Diploma in Aircraft Engine Engineering from Universitas Nurtanio in 2009. Before his current role, Bobi held various key positions including CEO Specialist at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (2024–2025), Director of Line Maintenance at Lion Air Group (2023–2024), Technical Director at WINGS AIR (2022–2023), and Manager Fleet Specialist ATR at WINGS AIR (2010–2022).
