Eligibility Criteria

· Fresh graduates with a maximum of one year after graduation

· Bachelor’s degree (S1) in: Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Education, Management, Business Administration, or other related disciplines

· Domiciled in Tangerang or Jakarta

· Willing to commit to a one-year internship program

· Willing to be placed at CGK (Soekarno–Hatta International Airport)

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
