Jakarta, July 3, 2018 – PT Garuda Maintenance Facility AeroAsia Tbk., (GMF) signed an agreement with giant aircraft manufacture Airbus. The cooperation was conducted for the Airbus Training Center for 5 years. The signing of this cooperation is a renewal of the cooperation that has been running for 5 years starting from 2013. Witnessed by GMF President & CEO, Iwan Joeniarto, this cooperation agreement was signed by Director of Human Capital & Corporate Affairs GMF, Asep Kurnia and Bruno Bousquet, Airbus Head of Customer Services, Asia Pacific. This cooperation creates GMF as the center of Airbus' aircraft maintenance training for Airbus A320 CEO and A320 NEO type. Besides, GMF and Airbus also agreed to add training coverage for the Engine Ground Run Up Airbus A320 and A330 as well as Extended-range Twin-engine Operational Performance Standards (ETOPS) Training.
